Before your first visit
1. Book Your Appointment Online
Start by booking your first session through our easy-to-use online booking system. Once you’ve secured your appointment, you’ll receive an intake form to fill out. This allows us to get to know your concerns and goals before your visit, so we can tailor your session to your specific needs.

2. Prep For Your First Visit
Before your first session, be sure to drink plenty of water and avoid coming on an empty stomach. Staying hydrated and having some light food beforehand ensures your brain is in the best state for optimal results.
During your visit

During your first visit, we’ll go over your intake form and have a conversation about what brought you in and your goals for neurofeedback. This is a time for us to learn more about you, your lifestyle, and any habits or challenges you’d like to address.

2. Tracking Brainwaves & Setting a Baseline
As part of the first session, we’ll track your brainwaves to establish a baseline. This helps us monitor your progress and tailor future sessions to meet your specific needs.

3. Red Light Therapy for Additional Calm
At the end of each session, we incorporate red light therapy to further support your body’s relaxation and healing process. Red light therapy promotes cell regeneration and enhances the calming effects of neurofeedback, leaving you feeling more relaxed and rejuvenated.

4. Creating Your Personalized Care Plan
After your first session, we’ll discuss our Brain Balancing Program and design a customized care plan that’s unique to your brain and lifestyle. Together, we’ll map out a clear path to help you regain your energy, reduce stress, and finally feel like yourself again. This plan is all about giving you the tools to balance your emotions, sharpen your focus, and experience lasting peace—so you can show up as your best self at work, home, and beyond.
